The outpatient service can be called the modern embodiment of the ideal polyclinic service. Unit's work is based on three main principles: speed, efficiency, and comfort. The department is designed for 110 visits per day. The consultation is conducted by doctors - candidates of medical sciences, doctors of the highest and first qualification categories, who will quickly and efficiently conduct a comprehensive examination, which includes:
- ECG in 12 leads with a six-channel electrocardiograph;
- ECG in 12 leads with a single-channel electrocardiograph;
- Echocardiography (Doppler, transesophageal,transthoracic);
- Stress ECG tests (bicycle ergometry, treadmill test);
- Stress Echocardiography with stress tests and drug tests (dobutamine, dipyridamole, etc.);
- Holter ECG monitoring (24-hour continuous ECG recording using a portable device);
- Daily blood pressure monitoring;
- Ultrasound Dopplerography and duplex scanning of the main and peripheral arteries and veins;
- Examination of the function of external respiration (automated spirometry);
- Ultrasound examination of internal organs: abdominal cavity (liver, pancreas, spleen, gallbladder, retroperitoneal space (condition and size of lymph nodes)), kidneys and adrenal glands, thyroid gland;
- X-ray examination;
- Laboratory tests.
