On the basis of the resolution of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from July 9, 2013 No. 701 "About modification to resolution of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 19, 2012 No. 109 «About approving Standard rules of admission to study at educational organizations, realizing professional training programmes of postgraduate education» receiving applications is held until July 30, 2013.

Residency is a form of postgraduate profound medical education receiving on clinical specialties.

Main requirements for the persons, wishing to apply for educational programs of residency are the basic medical education, the higher medical education, internship existence.

The order of admission of citizens to residency programme is established according to Standard rules of admission to the educational organizations realizing professional training programs of postgraduate education, which approved by the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 19, 2012 No. 109.
