Participation of the UMC specialists in EHRA 2024

From April 7-9, the EHRA 2024 (European Heart Rhythm Association) International Congress that annually brings together leading specialists and scientists involved in the treatment of arrhythmias was held in Berlin, Germany. This year's theme was "Innovation and education to overcome arrhythmias".

At the Congress, the experience of the Heart Center UMC was presented by arrhythmologists Abay Bakhytzhanuly and Yerlan Turubayev, who made presentations and reports on implantation of a cardioverter defibrillator, left bundle branch area pacing in pediatric patients and adults after implantation of an artificial valve. Residents Sardor Yuldashov and Dana Abdimalik, who study at the clinic in cardiology program, took an active part.

During the event, more than 120 scientific sessions, anatomical seminars, poster sessions and live cases were organized, which became an opportunity for the exchange of experience and active discussion.
