Waiting time is no more than 30 min since appointment time, with the exception when a physician participates in emergency medical response to a patient or delivers healthcare in inpatient department – in this case customer service manager informs patient about reason of delay and guides patient to unintended physician, if he is available (“Admission and hospitalization resignation” politics dd. 17/06/14 №9a.4 s-a. 4.8.11)

Arriving late at admission.

If patient is late more than for 30 min admission will be the nearest spare time.

Secondary admission.

For the secondary admission patient needs to make an appointment again.

An appointment to the physician (cardiovascular surgeon, intervention cardiovascular surgeon, intervention arrhythmologist, cardiologist) can be made if patient has echocardiography report (not older than 1 week).

To come to cardiologist examination patient should have ECG report (not older than 1-2 days).

If patient does not have the results (echocardiography report and\or ECG report) it is necessary to do these examinations.
