• Forecast and planning of need for human resources, optimizing of personnel capacity in the Center;
• Recruitment (search, selection, hiring, adaptation of the candidates for working positions of demanded specialties and qualification, creation of database on candidates of the corresponding qualifications);
• Personnel records management (rational arrangement of the personnel, redeployment of staff, registration of vacations, business trips, maintaining of personal files, documentation, issuing of information sheets, stabilization and decrease in turnover of staff, personal, statistical accounting of all categories of workers, etc.).
• Maintaining of military registration;
• Development of performance appraisal system, carrying out of certification;
• Creation of optimum system of motivation and work stimulation, development of corporate culture of the Company;
• Formation and development of system of extended vocational education, advanced training of employees of the Company;
• Organization of the Disciplinary Committee work on strengthening of labor discipline;
• Organization of the Housing Committee work;
• Assistance to foreign patients of the Company concerning registration in points of migration control of migration police within development of medical tourism.
• Mediation in resolution of labor disputes, conflict situations;
• Participation in introduction of the advanced medical technologies, international quality and safety standards within the international accreditation of JCI, adherence to documentary policies and procedures when performing its functions.
