Department of Hospital Service

The aim of our department is to develop and increase the professional level of patient-oriented hospital services in JSC "National Research Cardiac Surgery Center."

Who are we and what do we do?

The department does work with patients in our Center. Its specialists solve problems of each patient individually and coordinate service on each stage.

Customer service manager is a person with whom patients communicate first when they come to our Center; manager has following objectives: he makes an appointment, gives full information about Center’s services, instructs, solves problems and assists people, coordinates admission process of diagnostic department examinations, does personal coordination.

Help desk manager gives information about services provided in our Center, their cost, conditions of making an appointment and admission process, adjusts convenient admission time for a patient.

Personal coordinator adjusts admission and stay in hospital of foreign patients and self-pay patients, accompanies such type of patients during admission and diagnostic processes, assists in special needs of patient and his family members, also assists in registration of migration cards in migration police administration of Department of Internal Affairs in Astana.

In our Center you can receive services by voluntary medical insurance. Scope of services specify at your insurance company.
