1) The Centre location and what bus is going to your place?
Ответ: Astana, 38 Turan Avenue, crossing with Kerey and Zhanibek Street. Bus routes: № 20, 40, 41, 43, 50.
2) Working hours of consultative-diagnostic department (CDD) and which specialists do receipt patients?
Ответ: CDD works from Monday to Friday from 8.00 till 18.00. The following specialists receipt the patients: cardiologist, cardiac surgeon, rheumatologist. In CDD the following functional diagnostics is held (the ultrasound investigation, echocardiography (adult and child), electrocardiogram, spirography, treadmill test, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, bicycle exercise, and blood sampling (the procedure room).
3) To what extend is the staff qualified?
Ответ: 150 doctors and 267 paramedical workers (PWs) works in the Centre. More than 50% of doctors and 35% of PWs have qualification categories. 24 doctors have science degree of whom 11 people have doctoral degree and 13 doctors are candidates of medical science. Medical stuff of the Centre undertakes internship in leading clinics of foreign countries: USA, Israel, Germany, Russia, Belorussia, Lithuania, South Korea and others.
4) Is there any patient attendance schedule?
Ответ: any day of the week from 8.00 till 20.00.
5) How many one-time meals are specified in the Center and are there shops or kiosks?
Ответ: In the Centre five-times meals are provided for hospitalized patients, there are shops of food and commodity goods, graphic products, a chemist shop and canteen.
6) Do patients need to take bed sets and dish with them?
Ответ: Bed sets and dish are provided by the Centre.
7) Does the Centre provide a hotel or pension for foreign people, accompanying patients?
Ответ: Guest rooms for attendants are not provided.
8) Is it possible to visit patients at the resuscitation department?
Ответ: the visit of patients at the resuscitation department is allowed from 16.00 till 19.00.
9) How can I make an appointment to the doctor?
Ответ: you can make an appointment at the registry by the phones +7 (7172) 70-31-03, 70-31-04.

Can I come to an admission without pre-appointment call?

  •  Appointment without pre-appointment call (on a first-come) is available if a physician is not intended by pre-appointment patients or after admission of all pre-appointment patients.
  • If physician is intended by pre-appointment patients, patient is guided by help desk managers to unintended physician, if he is available. If your waiting of consultation or examination will be more than 30 min, thank you in advance for your understanding.

Can I be admitted with no wait?

  •  Only patients with emergency conditions.

How much time should I wait for admission?

  •  Waiting time is no more than 30 min since appointment time, with the exception when a physician participates in emergency medical response to a patient or delivers healthcare in inpatient department – in this case customer service manager informs patient about reason of delay and guides patient to unintended physician, if he is available (“Admission and hospitalization resignation” politics dd. 17/06/14 №9a.4 s-a. 4.8.11)

Arriving late at admission.

  •  If patient is late more than for 30 min admission will be the nearest spare time.

Secondary admission.

  • For the secondary admission patient needs to make an appointment again. 

Can I make an appointment to the physician (cardiovascular surgeon, intervention cardiovascular surgeon, intervention arrhythmologist, cardiologist)?

  • An appointment to the physician (cardiovascular surgeon, intervention cardiovascular surgeon, intervention arrhythmologist, cardiologist) can be made if patient has echocardiography report (not older than 1 week).
  • To come to cardiologist examination patient should have ECG report (not older than 1-2 days).
  • If patient does not have the results (echocardiography report and\or ECG report) it is necessary to do these examinations.

Working hours.

Diagnostic rooms work from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m., lunch time from 1 p.m. till 2 p.m.

Can I be hospitalized in rehabilitation department after heart surgical treatment on a paid basis?

  • Yes, you can. For more information you may call to 703103, 703103 (internal number 2099).

  • If patient needs rehabilitation services in our Center by the guaranteed volume of free medical care program (item 88, sub-clause 1 the Republic of Kazakhstan Code “Public health and healthcare system”) you should have our Center’s cardiologist opinion, make diagnostic tests, and after receiving hospitalization indications, the physician refers to the rehabilitation department by the guaranteed volume of free medical care program.
  •  P.S. All citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan receive healthcare in our Center by the guaranteed volume of free medical care program(item 88, sub-clause 1 the Republic of Kazakhstan Code “Public health and healthcare system”).

Can I be hospitalized to your Center on a paid basis for CHECK-UP?

  • Yes, you can. You should get into touch with personal coordinator by phone 703104, 703102 (internal number 2099), tell your health problem and receive detailed information.

Can I be hospitalized to your Center for surgical treatment?

  • Yes, you can. Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign citizens can receive medical assistance in our Center according to price list; in case of confirmed cardiovascular pathology, appointment to doctor and opinion of our physician (cardiovascular surgeon, intervention cardiovascular surgeon, intervention arrhythmologist). For detailed information you should consult a paid services manager by calling 703103, 703104 (internal number 2102).
